Το ASCLEPIOS βοηθά στην καθημερινή οργάνωση πληροφοριών υγείας, με απλή και κατανοητή χρήση. Αναπτύσσεται με γνώμονα τις ανάγκες των ανθρώπων, των ηλικιωμένων και των οικογενειακών φροντιστών.
- Προτεραιότητα στην ιδιωτικότητα: έμφαση στην τοπική αποθήκευση και στον προσωπικό έλεγχο των πληροφοριών υγείας.
- Σχεδιασμός offline-first: βασικές λειτουργίες σχεδιάζονται για χρήση χωρίς μόνιμη σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο. Οι απαιτήσεις σύνδεσης εξαρτώνται από τη λειτουργία και την έκδοση.
